Piston Aviation LLC dba Bristell Midwest, hereinafter “Seller”, is an authorized dealer of Bristell Aircraft under Sport Flying USA, the USA distributer for BRM Aero, the manufacturer of Bristell Aircraft.

Buyer Agrees to place a refundable deposit of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) to demonstrate intent to Purchase Aircraft.  Seller will provide full Purchase agreement and terms to buyer within Thirty (30) Days of execution of this purchase order intent agreement.  Should Seller fail to provide contract within 30 days of this agreement, and Buyer does not wish to extend, the full $30,000.00 will be refunded.  Should Buyer decide not to pursue purchase within 30 days of this agreement for any reason, $28,500.00 will be refunded to Buyer.

An additional Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) will be due, upon Execution of Full Aircraft Purchase Contract, from Buyer.  An additional $.00 is due to Seller 270 days from the execution of the Purchase Agreement.  The remaining twenty five percent (25%) will be due upon delivery of the aircraft by seller to buyer.
